Role: Creative Director &#38;amp; Lead Designer
Details: The Oregon Zoo is the oldest zoological park west of the Mississippi and the most popular paid attraction in all of the Pacific Northwest. Studio DAD led the rebrand of the new visual identity for the Zoo.&#38;nbsp;The new branding supported a reimagined conservation-focused mission and vision for the Zoo, embodied by a new tagline “Together for Wildlife” and had to work in hundreds of touchpoints and with dozens of branded events hosted by the Zoo. We worked with the internal marketing team to develop a fitting creative vision for the new identity: it should feel like part of the Northwest, it should inspire pride in the Zoo and it should reflect the diversity of wildlife that calls it home.

Details: Visual identity design for Green Football Weekend.


This campaign is the world's largest football climate campaign, with more than 80 of the UK's top clubs, Green Football Weekend intends to mobilise football supporters across the UK. &#38;nbsp;


As part of the tournament, fans will be able to go on the greenfootballweekend.com website and register “green goals” for their club through climate-friendly actions such as eating a vegetarian meal or turning a thermostat down one degree. Green Football Weekend will then see clubs join fans in implementing changes by making their fixtures “greener games”, with some teams wearing green armbands to show their support.

Details: Ruby supports more than 10,000 businesses with live virtual receptionists and 24/7 chat services.&#38;nbsp;They are like the modern version of a handwritten thank you note.I worked as the Creative Director for their rebrand in 2019. Final deliverables included a comprehensive visual identity system, a new brand voice, an extensive library of secondary graphic elements and both photo and video art direction. I also oversaw the design of Ruby’s revised website and conducted a company photoshoot. As a final piece, we created Ruby’s first-ever commercial. The whole brand was rolled out during an internal brand launch party.

Details: I led the rebrand of Oregon Metro - the regional government for the Oregon portion of the Portland metropolitan area.&#38;nbsp;Metro serves more than 1.5 million people in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties.Metro’s previous logo was 30 years old. And it lived in literally thousands of places around the region. The challenge was to create a new identity for Metro that helped show their reach and benefit to the people of greater Portland. At the same time, the identity needed to be modern, flexible and last for another 30 years.

Details: Worked with the Netflix Sustainability team and Cout Us In to create the digital climate action platform for the Netflix movie Don’t Look Up.
Count Us In is a global movement of people and organizations taking high impact steps to address climate change. It is supported by over 100 organizations from UNEP and Ted to IKEA and WWF.&#38;nbsp;

Role: Creative Director + Lead Designer
Details: The University of Colorado received an endowment from Dr. Patricia Crown to create a new institute dedicated to the health and wellbeing of young people.&#38;nbsp;
I worked as the Creative Director for their new visual identity. We developed and rolled out the new brand over the course of a year. We created a simple but flexible identity system that needed to&#38;nbsp; be used on a wide variety of materials from research papers, academic presentations and community based outreach materials. We also worked with The University of Colorado to create a brand that aligned with the main university brand.
Final deliverables included various collateral, website content, social posts, teaching materials, swag and more. I also designed environmental graphics as well as a full-sized wall mural in one of the building’s main spaces.

Campaign to raise awareness of early cancer detection supported by
OHSU Knight Cancer Institute.

						
 The strategy of the campaign was to create a minimal abstract visual language that stood out in the cancer space and worked across campaigns for different types of cancers.
The campaign included static and animated visuals and ran across social media channels, spotify ads, billboard and bus ads across Oregon.
