Details: Ruby supports more than 10,000 businesses with live virtual receptionists and 24/7 chat services. They are like the modern version of a handwritten thank you note.

I worked as the Creative Director for their rebrand in 2019. Final deliverables included a comprehensive visual identity system, a new brand voice, an extensive library of secondary graphic elements and both photo and video art direction. I also oversaw the design of Ruby’s revised website and conducted a company photoshoot. As a final piece, we created Ruby’s first-ever commercial. The whole brand was rolled out during an internal brand launch party.
